Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, CRM Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Strong experience analyzing CRM, loyalty programs, promotional mechanics, pricing incentives, and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience designing, executing, and evaluating A/B tests, multivariate experiments, incrementality measurement, and causal impact analysis.
• Excellent SQL skills and strong Python proficiency for statistical analysis, automation, forecasting, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analytics, retention analysis, customer lifetime value (LTV), attribution, and marketing effectiveness measurement.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimentation frameworks, causal inference, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Previous experience in E-commerce is highly preferred (Food Delivery, Dark Stores, RetailTech, Marketplaces).
• Experience working with pricing, promotional discounts, commercial optimization, and pricing strategy analytics is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, contribution margin, ROI, and financial business metrics.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations and influence commercial decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
