We are looking for an experienced data analyst who will help us make key product and business decisions based on data. You will have the freedom to influence metrics, experiments, and the development of the company's analytical culture.
What you will be doing:
- Define and develop key product metrics;
- Generate data-driven insights to support product and business decisions;
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests (from hypothesis to results);
- Monitor key metrics and identify anomalies or trends;
- Write SQL and Python code for data extraction, transformation, and analysis;
- Participate in the implementation of new events and tracking parameters;
- Work closely with product managers, analysts, designers, data scientists, and data engineers.
What we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics;
- Deep understanding of A/B experiments and statistics;
- Proficient in Python and SQL;
- Experience with ClickHouse and large volumes of data;
- Ability to translate business questions into metrics and reports;
- Experience with GA, Amplitude, or similar tools;
- Experience with Airflow (preferably in conjunction with dbt).
Will be a plus:
- Experience implementing data governance practices;
- Use of ML approaches in analytics;
- Experience managing teams (data engineers, data scientists, product analysts);
