Creative Producer (User Acquisition)
We're looking for a video creative producer for paid marketing — someone who analyzes what works in ads, generates hypotheses, produces and edits creatives for paid channels, and iterates on them based on metrics.
What you'll do
- Analyze ads and collect references: study competitors' creatives in ad libraries (Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center, etc.), spot winning patterns and formats, and adapt them to our product.
- Generate hypotheses and creative concepts to grow ad metrics: new angles for different audiences and segments, ways to communicate the product's value and features.
- Key focus areas: the first frame (hook) and the text on it; the body of the video (visuals + script); the closing CTA.
- Source content: shoot simple UGC footage and screencasts, build scenes with AI tools, or pull material from stock. We also have our own library of highly authentic UGC footage.
- Edit ad creatives and hand them off to paid marketing for testing.
- Review test results together with marketing: we look at the full funnel (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CR → install, CR → trial, CR → paid), find what worked and what underperformed in the creative, and improve the next iteration.
- Scale winners: localize winning creatives into other languages with AI to launch across Europe, the US, LATAM, and other regions. We help here — the product is content-driven and localized professionally.
What matters to us
- 2+ years producing and editing video creatives for performance marketing (in-house, agency, or freelance).
- A sense of composition, typography, and storytelling; an understanding of how high-converting ad creatives are built.
- A portfolio of creatives that performed in paid social (Meta Ads/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
