Senior Full-stack Developer (Node.js + React)
We are TrafficConnect — one of the leaders in the affiliate market in iGaming.
We've been in the market since 2018, operating in 80+ GEOs, and have grown from 20 to 140+ employees over the last two years. Our main advantage is strong technical expertise, fast decision-making, and the desire to build products that truly provide a competitive edge.
We develop our own internal services, automate business processes, and create tools that help our teams scale faster than the market. AI, web scraping, automation, analytics, and high-load services are not experiments for us, but part of our daily work.
We are currently looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer to become one of the key engineers on the team, participating not only in development but also in architectural decisions, product development, and engineering practices.
🚀 This role is for you if you:
- love diving into complex systems and finding the best technical solutions independently
- can implement functionality end-to-end — from database and API design to the user interface
- understand that a good engineer is responsible not only for code but also for product stability in production
- can make architectural decisions and confidently explain their trade-offs
- enjoy automation, web scraping, and working with unstable external systems
- love optimizing performance, eliminating bottlenecks, and making systems more reliable
- perceive AI as a tool that helps create products faster and more efficiently
- want to directly influence product development, not just implement tasks based on a ready-made technical specification
🛠 What you will be doing:
- developing and evolving backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
- designing and maintaining REST APIs
- implementing product features end-to-end — backend, database, and frontend
- developing the frontend application using React
- creating and maintaining web scraping and browser automation systems
- developing crawlers for data collection and processing
- working with proxies, IP rotation, browser fingerprinting, anti-bot mechanisms, and CAPTCHA services
- designing background processes, queues, and asynchronous data processing
- working with PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Redis, and BullMQ
- integrating external APIs, AI, and LLM tools into the product
- improving service performance, reliability, and scalability
- participating in architectural discussions, code reviews, and the development of the team's engineering standards
- diagnosing production issues and eliminating their systemic causes
✅ What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of commercial development experience and experience with production systems
- solid knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS
- experience in designing and developing REST APIs, understanding of scalable backend architecture
- practical experience with queues, asynchronous processes, and third-party API integration
- strong experience developing web scraping solutions with Playwright or Puppeteer, understanding of anti-bot mechanisms, proxy rotation, and browser automation
- solid experience with React and understanding of frontend-backend interaction
- experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Redis, optimizing SQL and application performance
- practical experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Linux, Nginx, and AWS S3
- ability to design technical solutions, write clean maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and work with legacy projects
🚀 What you will get at TrafficConnect:
- remote work format
- vacation, additional days off, and paid sick days
- compensation for training, conferences, and professional development
- Traffic Well — compensation for sports, hobbies, and health care
- an expert team, internal meetups, knowledge sharing, and a strong engineering culture
- competitive compensation and bonus system
- freedom in choosing technical solutions and tools
- the opportunity to directly influence product architecture and the development of engineering processes
- modern tech stack, complex engineering tasks, and minimal bureaucracy
- practical work with AI, LLM, and automation of internal processes
- corporate events and activities
- the opportunity to receive funding for your own projects and ideas within the company
