Tasks: • Develop backend and automation layer for the auto-apply platform • Build robust scraping/automation for ATS and job boards • Scale high-load services and improve platform reliability

Requirements: • 5+ years of backend experience • Node.js/TypeScript or Go/Python with willingness to switch to Node.js • Experience with web scraping / browser automation • Understanding of anti-bot restrictions • Experience with high-load architecture, queues, and distributed systems • Postgres, Redis, NATS • Focus on security and privacy
