#vacancy Hi everyone! Our client — an international industrial company with an office in Limassol — is currently looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator to join their team (on-site).
Role Summary
The HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate workforce data management across all project sites, with a primary focus on timekeeping, attendance control, and payroll inputs. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity for payroll processing and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Timekeeping & Attendance Management (Core Responsibility)
Collect, verify, and consolidate attendance data from multiple project sites Work with clocking systems, digital tools, and manual timesheets Identify and resolve inconsistencies in attendance data Liaise with site engineers and managers to ensure data accuracy
2. Payroll Input Preparation
Prepare and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs Ensure all attendance, leave, and workforce data are validated prior to submission Collaborate closely with payroll/accounting teams
3. Workforce Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly manpower reports (headcount, attendance, allocation by project/cost center) Support management with workforce-related data and insights
4. Leave & Absence Administration
Track annual leave balances and usage Maintain absence records and ensure alignment with attendance data Support workforce planning through accurate leave tracking
5. Employee Registration & HR Records
Maintain employee records in HR systems Support Social Insurance registrations and updates Ensure data accuracy across all HR documentation

Candidate Profile
Experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, or workforce administration Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel / HR systems) Experience in multi-site or industrial environments is a plus Strong coordination and follow-up skills
