Payment Operations Specialist

🚀What you need to be able to do: • Experience in Payments / FinTech / Payment Operations will be an advantage; • Understanding of basic payment metrics: conversion, success rate, turnover, fees, and other operational indicators; • Confident work with Google Sheets / Excel and large volumes of data; • Ability to independently understand new payment processes and find the causes of operational problems; • Attentiveness to numbers, details, and changes in payment indicators; • Ability to clearly describe problems and set tasks for the technical team; • Systemic thinking and the ability to simultaneously control several payment processes; • English language at a level sufficient for working with documentation and communicating with counterparties.
