WE ARE EXPANDING in the Russian market, and in connection with this, we are looking for a PHP/NodeJS Developer to join our team.
Project Features
- AI/LLM tools are actively used in development for writing and checking code – this is part of the daily process, not an experiment.
- Internal IT department for a real business (cosmetics, e-commerce) – tasks come from managers, marketers, and accountants.
- Many integrations: banks, delivery (SDEK, etc.), CRM, messengers.
- There is legacy code that needs to be maintained and gradually improved.
- Mass operations in CRM (thousands of records) – meticulousness is critical, one mistake costs money.
- Half of the tasks are monotonous: landing page edits, integration debugging, parser support.
- Sprint environment: Wednesday-Tuesday.
- Weekend duty on schedule – you need to be available and connect to the computer only in case of critical failures (site down, payments not processing, etc.).

- Independently decomposing tasks from general business requirements.
- Documenting each integration and development in the knowledge base.
What we expect from you
Hard skills

- Ability to read, check, and improve code written by a neural network – understand what it has generated, find errors, bring it to a working state.
Soft skills
- Calmness – half of the tasks are routine, getting nervous leads to mistakes.
