Secrets - Center for Family and Sexual Education is looking for a developer to develop and support a website and internal CRM for managing applications, clients, schedules, payments, and sales.

The current system is built on PHP + Webasyst, MySQL, Webasyst/Smarty templates, jQuery, LESS/CSS. This is a legacy project, so it's important to be able to calmly understand existing code and improve it without rewriting everything from scratch.

Also, part of the processes are being migrated to Bitrix24. Bitrix24 itself will be implemented by other specialists, but the developer needs to integrate with it: transferring applications, clients, statuses, payments, events, and other business logic.

Your tasks:

• Support and development of CRM, websites, and landing pages on PHP/Webasyst.
• Business logic refinement: applications, clients, schedules, payments, statuses, managers, statistics.
• Work with the frontend: templates, forms, jQuery, LESS/CSS, adaptive layout.
• Support and development of integrations: payments, messengers, email marketing, external CRMs/APIs.
• Integration with Bitrix24 as part of the migration.
• Adding and maintaining cron/CLI tasks.
• Error diagnostics using PHP/Webasyst/nginx logs.
• Working with MySQL: queries, selections, reports, optimization of problem areas.
• Ability to work with legacy code.
• Ability to work with AI assistants and coding agents, assign tasks to the AI assistant, provide it with the necessary project context, check the proposed code, test the result.
• Integration with Yandex services: payments, delivery, order forms, etc.

Our expectations:

• Proficient PHP.
• Experience with legacy projects.
• Good knowledge of MySQL and SQL queries.
• Understanding of the MVC approach, controllers, models, templates.
• Experience with frontend development without modern SPA frameworks: HTML, CSS/LESS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with integrations via REST API, webhooks, callbacks.
• Git and understanding of a normal code workflow.
• Skills to work in a Linux environment.
• Ability to independently understand other people's code and business logic.
• Accuracy when working with payments, personal data, tokens, and secrets.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with Webasyst / Shop-Script.
• Ability to configure or customize Bitrix24: CRM, deals, leads, contacts, business processes, robots.
• Experience with payment systems: Tinkoff, Robokassa, Doliami, online cash registers.
• Experience with GetCourse, Timepad, Enkod, Roistat, Telegram Bot API, WhatsApp/Wazzup.
• Understanding of CRM, sales, funnels, client statuses, and analytics.
