UX/UI Designer for AI service of greetings and gifts Greetis.ru

Company: Greetis Location: Novosibirsk, Russia Format: remote Employment: part-time Qualification: Middle

Greetis online service is a personal assistant in the sphere of gifts and greetings. The service helps users formulate individual, heartfelt congratulations and natively selects ideal experience-gifts contextually to the conversation.

All technical parts (backend on PHP/WordPress, RAG-model, and basic chat framework) are already fully implemented, tested, and working.

This is a one-time project work for a designer with potential future improvements.

The project is currently at the MVP stage. We are looking for a strong UX/UI designer who will transform our working draft framework into a premium, stylish, and minimalistic interface.

What needs to be done (Scope of Tasks)

1. Chat window interface: Development of an ultra-minimalistic Borderless design in the style of Google Gemini (AI Mode). This includes: chat bubble design, intelligent multi-line input area (expanding on click), control icons (microphone, send arrow), dynamic AI response waiting animation with running text.
2. Interactive gift cards (displayed within the chat): Rendering of a premium e-commerce container with an emphasis on price, image gallery, trigger icons, and two types of action buttons ("Buy in 1 click" and "Go to partner").
3. Quick Replies screen: Design of interactive horizontal chip buttons for instant parameter selection (for mom, for friend, for boss) above the input line.
4. Main catalog grid and redirect screen: Design of a traditional gift catalog page with a side AJAX filter (compatibility with FacetWP) and a lightweight pop-up for redirection to partner sites (Tripster, Flowwow, Yandex).

Important: A complete, detailed technical specification describing the logic of all steps, site header, exact adaptability breakpoints (Desktop/Mobile), dimensions, and requirements for graphic export formats (SVG, WebP, Lottie JSON) will be sent to relevant candidates immediately after they apply.

Requirements for you

• UX/UI experience of 2-3 years. Portfolio must include clean interfaces (chats, personal accounts, mobile applications, or e-commerce);
• Understanding of web layout specifics (mockups should be easily transferable to the Elementor Pro constructor);
• Work strictly in Figma using clean components, autolayouts, and styles.

Conditions

• One-time project task with fixed payment (budget and deadlines are discussed upfront after your proposal regarding timelines and cost, and final review of the technical specification).
• In case of successful completion of this stage, priority for long-term cooperation when adding new features and customizing characters.

How to apply

Please start your application with the word «Гритис» (attention check against bot auto-replies), attach a link to your portfolio on Figma/Behance or Habr, and indicate your estimated cost/timeline for this scope of work. In response, we will immediately send a detailed document with the technical specification for final evaluation.
