The tribe develops a platform that automates the entire lifecycle of an investment deal.
Teams are working on the following areas:
- Algorithmic search for potential deals and clients;
- Management of the investment deal closing process;
- Financial calculations and portfolio valuation;
- Building financial and management reporting for Sber's investment portfolio;
- Investment services for companies — our clients.
Responsibilities
- Solving full-cycle ML tasks: from problem definition and data preprocessing to algorithm selection;
- Development and implementation of AI models;
- Solving practical NLP tasks: NER, Machine Translation, Summarization, Question Answering.
Requirements
- Practical experience with AI models;
- Full-cycle ML task solving experience: data preprocessing, algorithm selection, parameter tuning, model quality evaluation, visualization;
- Proficiency in PyTorch frameworks (Keras/TensorFlow — as a plus);
- Experience with embedding libraries: word2vec, fasttext, BERT, XLM-RoBERTa, etc.;
- Experience solving practical NLP tasks: NER, Machine Translation, Summarization, Question Answering;
- Experience with Spark and Airflow;
- Solid knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with Feature engineering and Feature selection;
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Nexus, Bitbucket;
- Proficiency in Unix shell;
- Experience with git and docker;
- Understanding and practical experience in detection, segmentation, classification, regression tasks.
