Vacancy: GetCourse Technical Support Specialist / Care Service 🧑‍💼

Neuroacademy is looking for a specialist who knows GetCourse well and can independently solve technical issues.

💼 Responsibilities: — Technical support for the team and students — Working with access, orders, mailings, and segments — Checking and correcting processes and funnels — Identifying and fixing technical errors

Experience in EdTech, HTML/CSS, and working with Stripe will be a plus.

🌍 We are only considering candidates who are permanently located outside the Russian Federation.

🕒 Remote, part-time, long-term. Payment is discussed during the interview.
