Your responsibilities will include
- Handling incoming disputes (Fraud, Unrecognized, Service not received, etc.).
- Collecting and preparing evidence according to established templates.
- Working with payment systems (Stripe / Adyen / others).
- Verifying transactions, subscriptions, trials, and refunds.
- Maintaining dispute statuses and adhering to deadlines.
- Interacting with the product team.
- Working with Helpdesk.
What we expect from you
- Persistence and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of online payments (will be a plus).
- English language proficiency at reading and comprehension level (B1 is sufficient).
- Confident PC skills, proficiency with Google Docs / Sheets / Notion.
- Readiness to learn and follow processes.
Will be a plus
- Experience with disputes / chargebacks / support.
- Experience in support, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Understanding of subscription models and trials.
