Responsibilities
- conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations to attract and retain them on the payroll project
- negotiate with representatives of legal entities on issues of payroll projects
- support and maintain existing clients
- analyze the assigned market to attract clients to the payroll project, formulate a strategy for client acquisition
Requirements
- higher/incomplete higher/secondary professional education
- at least one year of experience in selling banking products
- willingness to travel for work
- at least 1 year of experience in active sales
- ability to work in a multitasking environment
- knowledge of direct and cross-selling methodologies
- experience in conducting presentations and handling objections
- willingness to use AI in daily work (training provided by the company — there are our own courses)
