Hello! We are the analytics team at RBC media holding. Currently, it's important for us to strengthen the team with an analyst who will work on the holding's internet projects. Our products are actively growing, there's more and more data, and we need a person who formulates conclusions and recommendations, not just shows numbers.
What you will be doing
- Conducting product, user, and content analytics for the company's projects (analysis of the effectiveness of content materials, announcements, and showcases, analysis of product changes, user activity, new user acquisition, retention, and return rate analysis)
- Analyzing the traffic of RBC's internet projects and evaluating conversion to actions on the site (including registration)
- Evaluating the effectiveness of various sources (internal and external) for attracting users to registration and/or purchasing paid services
- Working on hypotheses and their verification
- Preparing automated reporting and fulfilling one-off requests for different company departments
- Formulating business requirements for the implementation of product analytics
- Participating in the development of internal analytical systems
Our expectations
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Confident command of SQL, Excel, and Python (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, knowledge of basic statistics and mathematical analysis, data visualization skills
Will be an advantage
- Experience with BI tools
- Familiarity with Apache Superset
- Experience with Yandex.Metrica
- Working with mobile analytics (AppMetrica, Flurry, Amplitude)
