About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will assist with the company's daily operational tasks and take over some regular processes.
The main areas include accounts and accesses, services and payments, expenses, internal documentation, and small organizational tasks for the team.
What you will do
- Manage company accounts, accesses, and work services: create accounts, grant and revoke accesses, set up tariffs and payment methods.
- Monitor subscriptions and expenses: check recurring payments, reconcile costs, and optimize expenses.
- Assist the team with daily operational questions and small tasks, ensuring employees have the necessary accesses, tools, and information.
- Handle various operational tasks that arise during the day and bring them to completion.

Bonus points
- Experience in operations, project coordination, account management, or a similar role.
- Experience with web services, subscriptions, accesses, and payments.
- Basic understanding of domains, DNS, API, or cloud services.
- Experience interacting with developers and technical contractors.
- Good written English for interfaces, documentation, and correspondence with support.
- Confident use of Google Docs and AI tools.
- Ability to work within the CET/CEST time zone.
