🚀 Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly proactive operator to serve as the CEO’s right-hand partner and drive execution across company operations. You will manage high-priority initiatives, strengthen team accountability, and ensure projects and communications move forward without constant founder involvement.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s activity such as email replies, calendar, follow-ups, reminders, and meeting preparation.
• Run growth initiatives, including lead generation, data sourcing, demand generation, email campaigns and partnerships
• Create sales and marketing materials, including decks, one-pagers, proposals, newsletters, social posts, and startup-focused content.
• Lead team meetings, collect updates, document decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Support recruitment through candidate sourcing, outreach, interview coordination, client submissions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Monitor execution across teams, identify missed commitments and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
• Lead high-priority operational projects, execute strategies across various channels, and continuously improve internal processes and team efficiency.

🧩 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in either consulting, business operations, recruitment, sales, marketing, project management. startups or high-growth agency environment.
• Must be a heavy user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Loom, Zapier, Linkedin, Canva and Telegram.
