Spiry is an AI system that becomes a personal producer for those who want to grow their blog.

The team consists of 20 people. The founders have experience with businesses that have become global leaders in their categories: Antilatency (top-10 globally) and Overgear (top-1 globally). The Creator Economy market is valued at $250 billion with 26% annual growth. There is no clear leader in it yet. We intend to become one 😎

There is no place for bureaucracy, ritualistic calls, or people in 'just follow orders' mode in our team. Each of us genuinely influences what we are building 🙌

Who we are looking for

We need a person without whom the founders and key team members will start losing context, missing deadlines, and drowning in routine operations. Not an assistant-administrator, but someone who keeps the system alive, perceives the company's goals as their own, and puts in every effort to help the Spiry team achieve them 🤩

What you will be doing

• Onboarding and HR administration — offers, access permissions, welcome communication, documents, work notifications
• Operational control — maintaining order in Slack and Notion, follow-up on tasks, meeting summaries, recording agreements
• Telegram channel — seeding, communication with channels, controlling placements and effectiveness, working with creatives
• Finances and subscriptions — tracking payments, receipts, services, and the company budget
• Hiring — posting job openings, primary screening, coordinating candidates and external contractors
• Blogger outreach — search, initial contact, organizing partnership meetings
• Ad hoc and project tasks — fundraising, focus groups, internal events, proofreading landing pages, searching for contractors

Will be a plus

• Experience in startups, digital, or tech companies
• Interest in AI, content, and the creator economy
• Ability to assemble an AI agent for a task (no-code or with code — doesn't matter)

Requirements

• Independence — you can move forward without constant supervision
• Attention to detail with high multitasking ability
• Quickly grasp new information and see things through to completion
• English B2+
• Comfortable working at a fast startup pace
• Proficient with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, CRM, and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, etc.)
