Seeking a Growth Manager (Middle+/Senior) for an international EdTech product for children aged 2-7 years, with 6M+ downloads 🧩 in 150+ countries 🧩 and subscription monetization (Web + App).

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will take ownership of funnels and drive revenue through experiments.

What you will be doing hands-on:

• Manage the entire A/B testing cycle: from hypothesis generation based on data to setting up screens, launching, and analyzing in Tableau
• Optimize landing pages, paywalls, offers, and pricing
• Work with cohorts, calculate unit economics, and validate LTV

It will be a match if you have:

• 3+ years in Growth / CRO / Performance marketing
• 2+ years with subscription products and paid traffic (Meta, Google, AppLovin)
• Understanding of web payments (Stripe/Solidgate) and app monetization (App Store/Google Play billing, ASO)
• High attention to detail – it is very important to release bug-free tests to production
• Proactiveness – you don't wait for ready-made tasks, but find growth points yourself
• English B1+ and above 🌎
