Made of Storm is looking for a Migration Manager (Sofia, Bulgaria) to take full responsibility for the migration cases of employees moving to Bulgaria.
📍Location: Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬
💰Salary: from 2,000 € (net)
📌 Responsibilities:
- Manage migration cases "turnkey" - from opening the case to the employee's first working day.
- Accompany the processing of EU Blue Cards, work permits, and residence permits (VNJ).
- Prepare and verify migration documents, ensuring their compliance with legislation.
- Interact with Bulgarian government authorities on matters of issuing permits.
- Advise employees on migration issues and support them at all stages of the process.
- Coordinate interaction with internal teams (HR, Legal, Global Mobility).
- Monitor deadlines, quality of support, and manage multiple migration cases simultaneously.
📌 What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in supporting labor migration in Bulgaria.
- Practical experience in processing EU Blue Cards, work permits, and residence permits (VNJ).
- Deep knowledge of Bulgarian migration legislation and experience interacting with government authorities.
- Experience in independently managing the full migration cycle.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bulgarian and working level of English.
📌 Will be a plus:
- Experience working in an international company.
- Experience supporting mass relocation projects.
- Proficiency in Russian.
