Fully remote work format — from anywhere in the country.
Your tasks:
- Management of key portfolio metrics: DPD, default rate, delinquency, NPL, Approval Rate, Cost of Risk, portfolio yield.
- Development of issuance rules and scoring logic: hypotheses, tests, changes in approval criteria and limits.
- Head of the Risk Analysis Department: task assignment, quality control of analysts' work, team development.
- Independent work with data in PostgreSQL: samples, analysis of client categories, hypothesis testing.
- Preparation of technical specifications for the IT team when implementing new rules and changing processes, control of implementation accuracy.
- Building analytical reporting and dashboards: regular risk reporting for management.
- Interaction with risk management employees: control of procedure compliance and target achievement.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in a leadership position in risk management.
- Mandatory experience in MFI / microcredit / or banking.
- Confident SQL skills and practical experience with relational databases.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data analytics).
- Deep understanding of credit product economics.
- Experience in team management and performance monitoring.
- Ability to build transparent processes and analytics.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT team.
Will be an advantage:
- Python for analytics and model building.
- Experience with BI systems (Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience building scoring models from scratch.
- Experience working in European markets and understanding their regulatory specifics.
- Experience setting up anti-fraud rules.
