Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the operability and administration of the 1C:ERP + BIT.Finance configuration;
- Consulting and supporting users;
- Differentiating access rights, assisting in finding and resolving user errors;
- Regularly installing platform and configuration updates, testing before deployment;
- Setting up and monitoring scheduled tasks, ensuring uninterrupted operation;
- Assisting in writing and writing technical specifications for programmers, developing simple reports and data processing utilities, configuring interfaces;
- Participating in the description of company business processes and adapting 1C.ERP to departmental needs;
- Participating in further automation projects related to the 1C.ERP and BIT.Finance system.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of 1C:ERP;
- Confident knowledge of 1C: Enterprise 8 platform mechanisms, data exchange mechanisms, client-server architecture;
- Basic database administration skills (MS SQL);
- General understanding of accounting, tax, and management accounting principles, production, logistics.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with the 1C:BitFinance module;
- 1C certifications ("Platform Specialist", "Consultant");
- Experience working in service companies, franchise companies;
- 1C programming skills (possibly participating in 1C configuration modifications).
