About the project
A German AI startup that is building a next-generation platform for automating customer service based on AI agents. Their product enables large companies to gradually move away from traditional call centers, replacing them with intelligent voice and text assistants.
The platform deeply integrates into existing business systems, understands natural speech in different languages, and is capable not only of answering questions.
The main part of the backend platform is written in Python, so we are looking for a developer who feels extremely confident in this ecosystem.
However, some services and infrastructure components are implemented in Node.js / TypeScript, so it is important to comfortably work in a mixed environment and interact with the corresponding services.
