🎯Responsibilities: • Development, implementation, and control of comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with the needs and goals of our organization • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates for various positions, with a particular focus on marketing roles • Creating, analyzing, and presenting regular recruiting reports that provide insights into hiring trends, candidate experience, and the overall effectiveness of our recruitment strategies. • Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to understand specific job requirements and team objectives • Enhancing the candidate experience by ensuring transparency, fairness, and consistency in our recruitment process • Staying abreast of recruiting trends and innovative methods to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruitment practices
