We are looking for an Account Manager
A product team in the iGaming sphere is looking for a specialist to become the link between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities: • consult clients on the product; • accept and manage tasks in Jira and YouTrack; • monitor task statuses and keep clients updated on changes; • maintain the client backlog; • conduct demo presentations and calls; • interact with project managers on client-related issues.
Requirements: • at least 2 years of experience in a similar position; • experience in client support (technical support will be an advantage); • confident knowledge of Jira, YouTrack, or similar systems; • high level of self-organization and attention to detail; • ability to work in a multitasking environment and handle client objections; • English language proficiency — B2 or higher; • basic understanding of Kanban will be a plus.
