About the company

We are an international iGaming platform developing in the Latin American market. We are currently looking for a strong specialist to take over the management of user support in Argentina.

What needs to be done

• Manage the support team (operators, team leads as the team grows)
• Monitor service quality: response speed, resolution of requests, user satisfaction
• Organize support operations (chats, email, tickets)
• Train and develop the team
• Analyze complex cases and assist in their resolution
• Work with user feedback and forward it to the product team
• Control key metrics (response time, resolution time, etc.)
• Improve processes and implement simple automation

Requirements

• Support experience of 2–3 years or more
• Team management experience (team lead / senior specialist)
• Ability to build processes and establish order in operations
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Spanish — fluent, English — intermediate level or higher

Will be a plus

• Experience in iGaming / betting / fintech
• Familiarity with CRM / helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
• Understanding of working with support metrics
