We are looking for a system analyst to join our team, which develops API web services for the processing center of a major bank. The role involves independent management of product tasks, participation in the design of integration solutions, and interaction with a cross-functional team in a multi-project environment.
✅ Responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements • Design functional and technical solutions together with the team • Develop and maintain project documentation • Design integration interactions between systems and API services • Model business processes and system scenarios (BPMN, UML) • Interact with developers, testers, and clients • Conduct technical interviews and participate in onboarding system analysts
🥇Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst, in fintech or banking • Product development experience • Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing, and documenting solutions • Experience conducting technical interviews and onboarding analysts • Knowledge of BPMN and UML (Activity, Sequence) • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integrations • Knowledge of REST API and experience designing REST services • Experience analyzing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools • Knowledge of XSD and ability to read XSD schemas • Understanding of SOAP and experience analyzing SOAP services • Experience designing ER data models • Knowledge of the first three normal forms • Understanding the differences between relational and non-relational databases • Proficient in SQL (JOIN, UNION) • Understanding the differences between identification, authentication, and authorization • Understanding the principles of encryption and hashing ⭐️ Will be a plus: • Experience building UML diagrams in PlantUML • Knowledge of DDL (CREATE, ALTER, DROP) in SQL • Skill in using AI tools in daily work
