Technical AI Leader (Head of AI / AI Transformation Director)

📍 EU / Remote (within EU timezones) | an international technology group (multiple legal entities, distributed engineering teams) is not just “looking into AI.” We are going all-in.

What You’ll Do: • Lead the AI transformation — from strategy to production-grade internal AI infrastructure. • Automate the SDLC — accelerate development, testing, and delivery like never before. • Unify standards & culture — kill chaos, align distributed teams, and make efficiency a habit. • Build internal AI ecosystems — LLMs, automation platforms, knowledge flows. Secure. Scalable. Real. • Manage change — not by shouting, but by engineering buy-in and measurable wins.

Who We’re Looking For: • 7+ years in senior engineering roles (Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / AI transformation). • Proven cases of AI & automation implementations that actually moved business metrics. • Deep tech background (development, infra, LLMs) + ability to speak with C-level and engineers alike. • Successfully led cross-functional, cross-legal-entity projects in fast-growing companies. • You know how to standardize processes without breaking teams. • Business fluent English.

Nice to have: • Platform engineering / DevProd background. Building internal AI ecosystems from scratch. Consulting or transformation track record.
