About the project:** We are developing a service for managing behavioral metrics for search engine analytics systems. The market is highly competitive, and anti-fraud algorithms become more complex every month. Our current solution works, but we aim to become the absolute №1 in the niche. To achieve this, we need someone who can compete on equal terms with engineers from top anti-fraud systems and win.
The challenge: We need to stabilize and significantly improve the performance of our algorithms. The strategy is simple: test existing solutions, find a "benchmark," and if it doesn't exist — write our own stealth mobile browser emulator from scratch (or create a custom fingerprint generator). In the future, this emulator will become our separate commercial product.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis (80% of the time): Deep analysis of logs, network traffic, micro-metrics (timings, call order, packet sizes). Understanding how anti-fraud systems detect bots.
- Development and Emulation (20% of the time): Writing code to bypass checks. Working with fingerprinting (WebGL, Canvas, AudioContext, Navigator, fonts, etc.).
- Hypothesis Testing: Manual and automated test runs. We don't have a strict 9-to-6 schedule; we have a flow of hypotheses. You propose an idea — we test it.
- Working with the current stack: Fine-tuning and reviving profiles in BAS (Browser Automation Studio) after anti-fraud algorithm updates.
- Achieving KPIs: Impact on search engine positions (from 5% and above).
Our ideal candidate:
- Technical Background: Understands deeply how a browser works internally (engines, JS API, how requests are formed and sent).
- Niche Experience: Familiar with fingerprinting, stealth plugins, mobile device emulation (User-Agent, resolution, touch events, gyroscope/accelerometer).
- Tooling: Proficient with BAS, Puppeteer, Playwright, Frida, or capable of writing custom wrappers in Python/JS/Go. Understands how to work with mobile and residential proxies.
- Psychotype:
- Competitive. You are genuinely interested in "outsmarting" the system and proving that your code is smarter than their algorithms.
- Patient. You don't abandon a task if anti-fraud triggers a captcha on the first try. You dig for microscopic differences.
- Inventive. You don't wait for a task description; you generate hypotheses yourself: "What if they detect us by this specific parameter? Let's check."
Conditions and Resources:
- Full Provision: All "consumables" (premium proxy pools, mobile/residential IPs, software, accounts) are paid for by the company. You don't need to spend your own budget.
- Team: You are not a lone wolf. The main backend and service functionality are written by a second programmer. You are fully focused solely on emulation and bypass technology (R&D).
- Motivation: Fixed salary + progressive bonuses for each identified and implemented working vector / metric improvement.
- Prospects: The emulator you create will become a standalone product, and you can influence its architecture as the Lead/Co-founder of the direction.

- Answer the question: What 3-4 non-obvious micro-metrics or JS browser properties would you check first if anti-fraud started mass-blocking your mobile profiles, even though the basic fingerprint is perfect?
