Miami | London | Dubai £175,000–£225,000 DOE
We are representing an international UHNW family seeking an outstanding Director of Global Private Operations to take responsibility for their complex, multi-location private world.
Operating across Miami, London and Dubai, this is a broad and influential appointment sitting at the centre of the family’s residences, travel, assets and day-to-day private operations.
The successful individual will provide strategic oversight while remaining close enough to the detail to ensure everything runs effortlessly. You will lead established teams, manage trusted suppliers and advisers, oversee significant expenditure and ensure consistency across multiple properties and jurisdictions.

About you
This role requires someone who has already operated at a senior level within an UHNW private office, family office, international estate or similarly sophisticated private environment.
You will understand that exceptional private service is as much about judgement and anticipation as it is execution.
You should be confident managing senior people, substantial budgets and multiple workstreams simultaneously, while remaining calm and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment.
Experience overseeing international residences is essential, with knowledge of private aviation and/or yachting highly desirable.
Above all, the family is looking for someone credible, discreet and exceptionally capable who can become a long-term trusted figure within their private operation.
