Chief Operating Officer

for a group of companies with diversified assets

We are looking for the head of the management company who will: assemble a compact, strong team, build management of the portfolio of businesses, and ensure the execution of the agreed strategy.

Responsibilities

• evaluate, strengthen, and, if necessary, replace the heads of independent businesses. • assemble the core of the management company: finance, commercial strategy, legal and deals, analytics, key personnel management. • manage the portfolio: economics, cash flows, risks, plans, and responsibility for results. • prepare proposals for capital allocation, launch of new countries and businesses. • ensure assets are ready for spin-off and sale.

Requirements

• a leader with proven experience managing multiple diverse assets, including international ones. • international work experience with teams or businesses. Experience specifically in the USA or Southeast Asia will be an advantage. • experience working with marketplaces (FMCG). • working English for meetings and documents; Russian for interaction with shareholders. • personal responsibility for the economy, decision-making ability, ability to work with multiple shareholders, and lead international teams are important.
