JobSolution** — An AI platform for job searching and recruitment. We are developing a product for companies and job seekers and are looking for interns who want not just to write code, but to participate in the creation and development of a real IT product.
Why this internship is different
This won't be a format where you just complete training tasks for several months. You will work with a real product and real companies. This will allow you to gain experience simultaneously in development, AI, product, Customer Development, and B2B.

Develop the product
- Work on JobSolution functionality
- Improve existing solutions and launch new ones
- Quickly test product hypotheses
- Fix problems found by real users
Communicate with the market
- Independently find potential clients among companies and HR professionals
- Initiate contact and arrange calls
- Conduct JobSolution demos and showcase the platform's capabilities
- Gather feedback: what is convenient, what is missing, what companies are willing to pay for using the product
Influence development
- Propose product changes based on conversations with clients
- Determine with the team what is truly worth developing
- Refine the product and test solutions on real users again
We are looking for someone who:
- Can or is actively learning to develop
- Is interested in AI, IT products, and startups
- Is not afraid to write to and call unfamiliar people independently
- Can conduct a call and present the product
- Knows how to listen to the client and ask the right questions
- Is ready to independently seek solutions, not just wait for assigned tasks
- Wants to understand not only how to write a function, but also why it is needed by the user and the business
Sales experience is not required — initiative and willingness to communicate are more important.
