• A significant part of talent screening is now fully automated using multiple AI models and an orchestration layer.
• A new scalable talent acquisition platform is being built as we speak. A very small team is delivering something that well-funded competitors charge a lot of $$$ for.
• Agents, agents, agents are being deployed to production to reduce operational overhead (currently with human supervision).
