Who we are looking for: • 5+ years of experience in Product Management • Experience in B2C/B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or products with a network effect • A proven track record of improving metrics (growth, activation, retention, etc.) • Strong hypothesis-driven thinking and product sense • Fluent English

Mandatory:

• experience working on successful products (EdTech, Trivago, Skillbox, and similar)
• higher education from TOP universities in STEM specialties
• experience working in a startup or an environment with fast iterations
• willingness to work directly with stakeholders and take responsibility
• comfort with the role of "do it quickly, test it, move on"

Ideally, you have experience in products similar to HR tech - professional communities, talent marketplaces, networking platforms, SaaS with social mechanics, where trust, matching, engagement, and repeat usage are important.
