We are looking for a Product Growth and Development Manager with deep knowledge in product management. Extern is a service for accounting and reporting to government bodies for businesses, which helps accountants interact with regulatory authorities electronically.
The manager's area of responsibility is the client's journey from the website to the check and activation in the product. It is necessary to connect marketing, sales, design, analytics, and development into a single mechanism. The main task is to develop scenarios and rebuild the user journey.
Tasks
— Achieve the product's financial metrics by improving the end-to-end customer journey, from the website, payment, and activation in the product.
— Analyze market segments, direct and indirect competitors.
— Increase the effectiveness of the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and Unit Economic Cost (UEC).
— Identify growth points: formulate and test hypotheses.
— Manage the roadmap: decompose product goals into team tasks, prioritize, control deadlines and quality, evaluate effectiveness.
— Manage the metrics tree, analyze dynamics, and justify decisions with numbers.
— Manage processes and build communications with development, marketing, sales, and technical support teams. Manage stakeholder expectations.
We expect
— Five years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Growth Product Manager in IT product development.
— Experience with products serving over 500,000 clients in the micro and small business segment.
— Ability and readiness to manage a product: lead processes, manage teams outside of direct subordination to achieve product goals.
— Experience applying activation mechanics in free and paid versions of the product.
— Skills in segmenting the target audience and identifying key segments.
— Ability to conduct research, validate data and conclusions, and formulate hypotheses.
— Experience working effectively with metrics and understanding their impact on the product.
— Confident communication skills: ability to negotiate with the team, with decision-makers up to top management, argue positions, and present complex solutions. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate one's position, effectively overcome objections.
