Growth product manager at Ekstern, senior

Responsibilities:

• Achieve product financial metrics by improving the end-to-end customer journey, from website, payment, and activation in the product.
• Analyze market segments, direct and indirect competitors.
• Increase the effectiveness of USP and UCP.
• Search for growth points: formulate and test hypotheses.
• Manage the roadmap: decompose product goals into team tasks, prioritize, control deadlines and quality, evaluate effectiveness.
• Manage the metrics tree, analyze dynamics and justify decisions with numbers.
• Manage processes and build communication with development, marketing, sales, and technical support teams. Manage stakeholder expectations.
