We are looking for a CEO for a large technology company in the e-grocery and online retail sector to manage the business, scale operations, and develop the operational model.
Key responsibilities: • Development and implementation of a growth strategy; • Scaling the business into new cities and regions; • P&L and financial performance management; • Development of the operational model: dark store, last mile, procurement, and logistics; • Improving efficiency and developing digital products; • Building a strong management team and stakeholder relations.
We are looking for you if: • You have 5+ years in a CEO / Managing Director / General Manager role and 10+ years of overall management experience; • You have experience in e-commerce, e-grocery, retail, or logistics; • You have strong experience in P&L management and business scaling; • You understand logistics, procurement, and warehouse infrastructure; • You have experience with digital products and data-driven management; • You possess strong leadership and strategic skills, and an entrepreneurial approach.
