💎 Responsibilities: 👥 Forming and developing a team of QC managers: staff, regional distribution, workload, hiring, and certification 📅 Planning monitoring coverage: volume of checks by region, prioritization by segment value, schedule 🎯 Regular calibration sessions, measuring assessment consistency, re-checking QC managers' work samples 📐 Development, updating, and versioning of scoring cards and assessment methodologies for all regions 📋 Formation of quality standards for VIP operations 📚 Maintaining a library of exemplary and failed cases as a basis for training in the VIP academy 🎓 Searching for and inviting mentors to the host academy 🏆 Ownership of the VIP Host / Agents training and certification program: structure, content, criteria for working with TOP clients 🔍 Qualification filter during hiring: tests, case studies, selection criteria 📈 Evaluation of training effectiveness based on quality and retention metrics 📊 Management reporting on quality 🤝 Interaction with regional leads on certifications, PIPs, and the impact of quality assessments on motivation 🚀 Roadmap for quality control automation

✅ What we expect from the candidate: ▪️ 2+ years of experience in a similar role ▪️ Proficiency in calibration methodology, building a scoring card for assessing dialogue outcomes ▪️ Experience in building quality dashboards ▪️ Knowledge of certification methods ▪️ Knowledge of sports and casino products ▪️ Understanding of player economics and bonus mechanics ▪️ Knowledge of VIP support processes and procedures ▪️ Skill in writing regulations
