Press Fire Games was founded by leading engineers, technical, art, and game directors with over 20 years of industry experience, who were at the forefront of creating and developing mobile tanks. Moreover, our key partners include ByteDance (TikTok), MGVC, and others.

Our team consists of passionate professionals who create new technologies and mobile games, sharing their expertise with each other!

We have developed our own cross-platform engine that allows us to create games with excellent graphics and gameplay. Using this engine, we created the mobile shooter Battle Prime, which has gained over 17 million installations and has a rating above 4.5 in the AppStore and GooglePlay.

We are not stopping at what we have achieved and continue to work on new projects. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Designer to strengthen our team on a sports project.

Upcoming Tasks

• Design, prototype, and develop game modes and gameplay mechanics
• Adjust overall gameplay balance and content based on player feedback and data
• Balance character parameters, perks, and abilities to create interesting tactical choices and character improvements
• Work on improving AI of game characters / player UX
• Work with game analytics to identify growth areas and improve player experience
• Act as a Feature Owner for gameplay features: dive deep into technical implementation, decompose tasks, and lead a small cross-functional team.

Our Expectations for the Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in game design
• Proven experience working on core gameplay / combat systems in RPG/sports simulator/action games
• Have gameplay systems/mechanics that have been brought from concept to implementation in the game
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Will be a plus:

• Experience with tuning game balance and game mechanics
• Building game systems from scratch or independently tuning gameplay elements
• Experience in mentoring, leadership, or coordinating a small team.
• Developing in-game balance from scratch
• Experience working on multiplayer games
