☑️Your responsibilities will include: -Developing features, new functionality. -Optimization. -Bug fixing. -Participation in making technical decisions. -Participation in evaluating business requirements from a technical feasibility perspective. -Consulting other production units on developing products within the Directum ecosystem.
☑️What professional skills are important to us: -5+ years of commercial frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior role. -Proficient in React+TypeScript: understanding data flows, state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand, etc.), knowledge of performance degradation causes. -Experience with large, highly complex SPAs: multiple dependencies, roles, and scenarios. -Practical experience with microfrontends — ability to divide the system into parts without losing UX quality or causing dependency chaos. -Experience applying FSD or other mature modular architectures. -Mandatory experience in refactoring complex interfaces and code, leading to real simplification and acceleration of development. -Ability to simplify complex systems: transforming overloaded processes and requirements into understandable user scenarios. -Critical thinking: ability to break down a task and propose a simpler, more logical implementation if the initial brief is overloaded. -Experience in managing technical debt — ability to justify refactoring needs to the business and plan them.
☑️Nice to have: -Ability to work with Scrum/Kanban. -Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes. -Experience configuring bundlers (Webpack, Vite) — understanding internal workings, ability to debug and migrate. -Experience in C# development or knowledge of any high-level programming languages. -Understanding of the full product development cycle — from idea to production deployment. -Mentoring experience, participation in interviews, development of code standards. -Familiarity with project management systems and strategy.
