We are looking for an AI Product Analyst for an international project to create an AI assistant and analytical solutions based on LLM.
▫️Remote (not from RF/RB/Ukr) ▫️$3000 - 4500
Responsibilities: ▫️Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders, form a catalog of questions and benchmark sets for evaluating the AI solution before go-live. ▫️Analyze data sources (Oracle EPM, Landfolio, AcQuire), determine data availability in ADLS and Databricks, agree on the approach for their use or loading. ▫️Describe data schemas and control data quality. ▫️Collect and formalize requirements for AI chat and dashboards, translate business tasks into specifications for ML engineers. ▫️Form and maintain a knowledge base for RAG, prepare datasets for evaluating search and citation quality. ▫️Conduct QA and benchmarking of the AI solution, analyze errors, participate in UAT and pilot launches. ▫️Maintain project documentation, architectural materials, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements: ▫️3+ years of experience as a Data / System / Product Analyst on projects with data, ML, or AI for enterprise clients. ▫️Proficient SQL, experience in data analysis and profiling. Knowledge of Databricks / Spark SQL will be an advantage. ▫️Understanding of LLM products: RAG, Text2SQL, prompting, model limitations, evaluating response quality, and working with eval sets. ▫️Experience in collecting and formalizing requirements: discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria, data specifications. ▫️English language - C1 ▫️Willingness to work independently in a distributed team and participate in regular client meetings (UTC+3).
Will be a plus: ▫️Experience with Azure ADLS, Databricks Genie, AI Foundry, Power BI, or other BI tools. ▫️Experience with financial data (budget, actual, forecast, P&L), Oracle EPM, or Hyperion. ▫️Experience with regulatory documents, licensing, and Landfolio-class systems. ▫️Experience with geological and spatial data, AcQuire, ArcGIS, or similar GIS systems. ▫️Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industry domains. ▫️Python/pandas for data analysis and experience in LLM evaluation (LLM-as-a-Judge, Ragas, Promptfoo, etc.).
