We are creating a next-generation ecosystem that combines banking services, an agri-marketplace, and business solutions. We are looking for an AI Product Analyst to join our team, who will become the link between business, users, and generative AI technologies.

🚀 What you will do

You will participate in the creation and development of intelligent assistants and AI services within the ecosystem: Requirements Management: Gathering and formalizing requirements from clients, translating business tasks into technical specifications. Development Management: Assigning tasks to the development team, monitoring implementation. Data Preparation: Forming sets of structured and unstructured data for model training and RAG system operation. Prompt Engineering: Preparing, testing, and optimizing prompts to achieve the best model results. Knowledge Base: Maintaining and updating the knowledge base on assistant interaction scenarios with users. UX Design: Developing user interaction scenarios with the AI assistant (conversational UX). Solution Presentation: Participating in the creation of demonstration scenarios for clients and stakeholders. Quality Control: Validating model output, assessing response relevance.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Higher education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience: From 2 years in data analytics, business analytics, or IT project implementation. Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and SQL (required). Understanding of LLM models and RAG system architectures. Data visualization and reporting skills for management. Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of artificial intelligence methods and algorithms. Understanding of the AI project lifecycle and solution implementation stages.

✅Will be an advantage: Experience with Machine Learning (ML) or Big Data projects.
