Corporate Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to support the day-to-day operations. This role combines legal administrative expertise with operational support, helping to streamline workflows, manage legal systems and tools, and ensure the efficient delivery of legal services across the business.

You will work closely with cross-functional departments, supporting both routine legal matters and strategic projects in areas such as contract management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external service providers and regulatory bodies, supporting onboarding, communication, and follow-up.
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives by coordinating regulatory filings, reports, and policy reviews.
• Draft, review, and manage standard legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and internal templates.
• Coordinate the execution, notarization, legalization, and filing of corporate and commercial documents, maintain and update legal databases and document repositories ensuring proper accessibility and version control.
• Support corporate governance and entity management, including maintaining statutory registers, coordinating board meetings, and preparing annual filings.
• Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or briefing notes for legal and business stakeholders when needed.
• Monitor legal deadlines, compliance obligations, and follow up across jurisdictions.
• Manage the processes of incorporation and ongoing maintenance of companies in various jurisdictions.
• Assist with due diligence (DD) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes handled by banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and other entities.
