Internship at Sberbank in the field of machine learning for students. Working with data, developing and improving ML models, conducting experiments.
Tasks:
- Data preparation, processing, and analysis
- Training and testing machine learning models
- Evaluating model quality and finding ways to improve them
- Hypothesis testing and conducting experiments
- Analysis and description of the obtained results
Requirements:
- Studying at HSE, MIPT, or MEPhI
- Course of study: 3rd-6th year of Bachelor's or Specialist program, or 1st-2nd year of Master's program
- Knowledge of Python, experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- Understanding of basic machine learning algorithms and model quality metrics
- Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and linear algebra
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Git
- Willingness to learn new tasks and work in a team
