Payments Account Manager vacancy at Payment Orchestrator/Payment Gateway

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and developing long-term relationships with key B2B clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Providing high-quality support on payment solution issues, including resolving technical and non-standard cases.
• Presenting products, services, and commercial offers to existing and potential clients.
• Identifying client needs, offering optimal solutions, and formulating recommendations based on interaction analysis and results.
• Preparing reports on client work and key performance indicators.

What is important to us: • Experience working with PSPs/acquirers/alternative payment providers. • Experience in the high-risk segment. • Knowledge of Russian and English. • Flexibility, initiative, ability to travel freely (for business trips).
