Project — support and development of the AlfaGen banking system: ensuring stable operation of a high-load microservice platform, infrastructure support, and development of delivery and monitoring processes. Microservice architecture Containerization and orchestration Developed observability environment CI/CD and IaC approach Integration with cloud platforms Support of high-availability banking services
What you will do:
Support and administration of the banking system Ensuring uninterrupted operation of services and infrastructure Participation in incident handling and improving fault tolerance Technical support for users and clients Work with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker / containerd Development and support of CI/CD processes Work with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt) Configuration and development of monitoring and logging (ELK/EFK, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics) Development of banking software infrastructure Participation in architecture development and implementation of new solutions Implementation of business pilot projects Transfer and accumulation of technical expertise
Candidate expectations:
Experience in Linux administration at the system engineer level Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka Understanding of microservice architecture and containerization Experience in building and supporting CI/CD Knowledge of IaC approaches (Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt) Experience with monitoring and logging systems Experience with clouds (AWS, Yandex Cloud) Experience with DBMS: Redis, MongoDB
Will be a plus:
Programming skills (Python, Go, Java, JavaScript) Experience in the banking sector Experience in building Observability from scratch
