Responsibilities
- Formulate and develop the company's target architecture;
- Determine which functions should be common to the entire platform and which should remain within individual systems;
- Prepare a development plan and phased rework of legacy solutions;
- Introduce unified architectural rules: integration, data, events, logging, monitoring, security, versions;
- Participate in the technological integration of new teams and products;
- Conduct architectural expertise of key solutions.
Requirements
- Fintech experience;
- Understanding of high-load and distributed systems;
- Practical experience with transactions, reconciliations, balances, and accounting data;
- Experience in modernizing legacy systems and phased separation of monolithic solutions;
- Experience in architecting multiple systems or platforms, not just one product;
- Ability to balance solution quality and business speed.
