Key Tasks: • Strategy and scaling of UA (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) • Management, hiring, and development of the UA team • Building automation for traffic acquisition and creative/funnel testing frameworks • In-depth work with analytics: unit economics, LTV, ROI

Requirements: • 5+ years in UA / Performance Marketing • Experience managing budgets of $1.5M+/month • Practical experience with web-funnels in B2C subscriptions • Deep expertise in Meta Ads • Experience building and leading a UA team

We Offer: • Compensation: $4,500 – $6,000 gross + performance bonus • Format: B2B
