🎯 User Acquisition Manager We're looking for a product-minded UA Manager who thinks beyond media buying. What you'll do:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies.
• Launch and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
• Analyze performance and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and conversion.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Motion teams to drive product growth.
• Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and market research. We're looking for someone with:
• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• A product mindset and passion for building—not just buying—growth.
