User Acquisition Manager

Requirements: UA experience of 1+ year in the mobile industry (game development preferred). Experience with 2-3 advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA - any combination). Deep understanding of unit economics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV - you know how these numbers affect the product. Experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and product pages - you know how to find working combinations. Knowledge of trends in ad tech and mobile growth - you are aware of what works today and what is outdated. English - confident B2 (working language).
